What are your pieces made of?

Chains by Lauren uses a range of materials depending on the design:

  • Dainty chain and paperclip chain: 14k gold-filled (gold) or 925 sterling silver (silver).
  • Wheat designs: enamel over a base metal.
  • Baby pearl and tiny turquoise designs: the wire between the pearls or turquoise stones is 18k plated silver.

Wear and Care
Can I wear my jewelry in water?

Gold-filled pieces can be worn in water and left on every day. They won't turn your skin green or change color.

Sterling silver can also be worn daily. Just clean it whenever it needs a refresh.

Wheat jewelry is very durable, but to keep its color, it's best to take it off before swimming or showering.

Sizing and Fit
Will the chain jewelry fit?

Yes. All of the jewelry is adjustable.  Follow the sizing instructions for the leather bracelets.
How do I find my leather bracelet size?

Measure your wrist and add ½ inch. That's your size. If you need a custom size send a message through the contact page.

Custom Orders
Do you make custom pieces?

Yes! Custom orders are available for bridesmaids, friends, couples, and special occasions. Send a message with what you have in mind.

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes! Wholesale inquiries are welcome. Send a message through the contact page to get started.

Returns and Shipping
What is your return policy?
  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery to start a return.
  • Ship the item back within 7 days of delivery.
  • Refunds are issued once the return is received.
  • Shipping charges and return postage are non-refundable.
  • No exchanges.
  • Custom orders can't be returned.
  • International sales are final.
What if my package is lost or stolen?

Chains by Lauren is not responsible for lost or stolen packages on domestic or international orders.
